Who I am

In 1990 I wrote code in a notebook and ran it in my head — there was no computer, only imagination. Since then I've spent twenty-five years inside companies, from tiny startups to a corporation, and learned to see what others miss: where a business is healthy, where its parts get in each other's way, and why growth stalls at a certain point.

I helped build products at Israeli startups that were later acquired by major companies — the last, Zerto, was bought by HPE, where I saw from the inside how a large organisation actually operates. I've lived through every era — personal computers, the web, mobile — and I enter the AI era with one conviction: it calls for being more human, not less.

So here's how I work: first I figure out why your growth has stalled, then I build a structure where technology takes on the routine and people — your team and mine — grow. Not instead of people, but for them.
