Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Rapoport Studio SRL collects, how it is used, and your rights under GDPR and Moldova Law 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

Who we are

Rapoport Studio SRL is a Moldovan limited liability company and a Moldova IT Park resident, providing software architecture consulting and AI orchestration services. Contact: pavel@rapoport.studio.

What data we collect

We collect the data you explicitly provide, plus a minimal technical record created when a form is submitted.

  • Intake form submissions (name, email, project brief) — forwarded to the studio inbox. Each submission is recorded with the sender's IP address and browser user-agent string, used only for spam and abuse prevention.
  • Page-view analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, no personal data stored. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 additionally measures site use and attributes Google Ads conversions.
  • Telegram notification on accepted leads — sent to an internal bot; not shared externally.
  • Discovery checkout — payment details are entered on a Stripe-hosted page and never reach studio systems; we retain only the checkout-session reference.

How we use your data

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, to manage the project relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Moldova Law 133/2011 you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
  • Objection — object to processing of your data for direct communication.

Third-party processors

We use Cloudflare (web analytics, CDN), Telegram (lead notification) and — only for visitors who accept the Analytics category — Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion attribution, processed in the European Union and the United States).

Data retention

Intake form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship and deleted within 12 months of project close or last contact, whichever is later.
