Background

Dentour is the studio's own product: a platform for dental tourism into Moldova, connecting international patients with vetted clinics. The studio develops it as a venture rather than a client engagement, and has been rebuilding it through its own spec-driven, agent-run method since November 2025.

Approach

The platform is three surfaces over one codebase — a public marketing site, a clinic portal and a back-office admin — sharing a single multi-role communication layer.

One codebase serves seven country domains (dentour.eu and its .co.il, .md, .ro, .ge, .es and .co.uk siblings) and ships in six languages. The API surface runs to 245 paths, 282 operations and 317 schemas.

The stack is Next.js 15.5 and React 19 on the patient web, a NestJS API with Prisma over Supabase Postgres, XState v5 for the booking state machines, static exports on Cloudflare Pages and the API on Railway.
