Method

How the studio structures its work and engages with clients.

How the studio operates

The studio runs as a coordinated ensemble of six roles. Each role has a distinct operating domain; together they cover coordination, creative production, research, public communication, measurement, and engineering. The names of the roles are kept internal — what matters is what each one does.

Coordination
Holds the ensemble together — plans, routes, resolves contention between parallel work streams.
Creative substrate
Generative layer — draft copy, narrative, and early structural proposals.
World-reader
Deep research and synthesis — reads the domain, surfaces what the team does not already know.
Public voice
The studio's external face — messaging, positioning, and client-facing narrative.
Numbers
Rhythm and accountability — tracks metrics, surfaces drift, keeps delivery honest.
Engineering
Builds the instruments — code, infrastructure, the execution layer that makes everything real.

Engagement shapes

Every client engagement fits one of four shapes. The shape determines scope, rhythm, and the artifacts delivered. Shapes can sequence — Discovery often leads to Migration, Modular, or Platform.

Discovery

Architecture diligence in four weeks. Domain map, AI layer design, validated plan, OpenSpec triplet.

Migration / Modular

Move an existing product into agent-native architecture, or ship one bounded module end-to-end. Reversible, no rewrite of what works.

Platform

Full platform built end-to-end. Curated team, OpenSpec triplet per change, your repo throughout.

Subscription

Ongoing stewardship after delivery. Continuous OpenSpec maintenance and on-call architecture support.
