This policy explains what data Rapoport Studio SRL collects, how it is used, and your rights under GDPR and Moldova Law 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection.

Who we are

Rapoport Studio SRL is a Moldovan limited liability company providing software architecture consulting and AI orchestration services. Contact: pavel@rapoport.studio.

What data we collect

We collect only the data you explicitly provide.

  • Intake form submissions (name, email, project brief) — forwarded to the studio inbox.
  • Page-view analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless, no personal data stored.
  • Telegram notification on accepted leads — sent to an internal bot; not shared externally.

How we use your data

We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement proceeds, to manage the project relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR and Moldova Law 133/2011 you have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
  • Objection — object to processing of your data for direct communication.

Third-party processors

We use Cloudflare (web analytics, CDN) and Telegram (lead notification). Neither processor receives personally identifiable data as a result of normal site usage.

Data retention

Intake form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship and deleted within 12 months of project close or last contact, whichever is later.
